The RQT network is aimed at colleagues who have successfully completed their NQT year and are ready to take the next steps in their early career.

The sessions give delegates an insight into subject leadership and provide opportunities for discussion and reflection.  Working and learning together, we identify the key features of successful CPD, how to deal with colleagues who are resistant to change, planning for and managing difficult conversations, subject leadership and using and analysing data.

Through reading, reflection, theory and practice, delegates will feel confident in their roles as effective subject leaders.
