Supply Teachers: Foundation, KS1 and KS2 in Exeter

Exeter Supply Partnership (ESP) is looking to recruit newly qualified and experienced teachers to join our exciting new supply agency.

Whether you are looking to start your teaching career or you are looking for a new challenge we can help assist you in finding a role that is right for you, whilst gaining fantastic experience in a range of Exeter Schools.

ESP offers access to outstanding teaching practice, peer support and CPD sessions for all our supply teachers, not just for our NQTs. We are also pleased to be able to offer subsidised or free professional development from our comprehensive CPD programme.

ESP is a great way to transition to a permanent school position for outstanding NQTs who want to broaden their teaching experience and, unlike commercially motivated agencies, has no financial barriers to schools to offer contracts to any of our teachers – there are no transfer fees for any permanent positions secured through ESP.

Require a Key Stage 2 Teacher from September 2017

  • Do you wish to work in an environment where child centred learning is truly at the heart of the school’s values?
  • Where parents are embraced as partners in the wonder of learning?
  • Where everyone nurtures children's curiosity, creativity and values the expression of thoughts and ideas?
  • Where everyone is committed to the importance of working together as a mutually supportive team, to develop reflective practice?
  • Where professional development is firmly regarded as a priority for all?

If the vision outlined excites you, then we want to hear from you!

This post has arisen following the continued growth in numbers in our school. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Key Stage 2 team in driving the development of high quality provision which will excite, inspire and support all learners in experiencing success.

The Key Stage 2 phase is led by Graeme Hankin, who is an experienced and skilled practitioner. Graeme’s unique approach to the engagement of his team in continuing the development of both staff and pupils, is inspirational. Children and staff thrive in the care of Graeme.  We have a strong programme of mentoring in our school, therefore as a practitioner new to our school we will work with you to develop a personalised induction programme.

How has reflection led you to make change?

How have your principles and practices evolved?

Please have your written reflections on the questions above along with a completed application form with us by June 20th 2017 with a view to continuing the conversation face to face.

An Application Form and further details are available by contacting Jan Brown, Business Manager on 01626 203040  email

We would welcome the opportunity to show you around our setting ahead of your application.
