Milsted Langdon Financial Planning has helped thousands of people make the most of their financial affairs. We offer expert, bespoke advice from local advisors and are always on hand to offer support when you need it.

Retirement planning is key

The state pension age is now 66, 67 or 68 depending on when you were born, with most people wondering how they will ever continue working that long.

Retirement options and pension planning can feel like an overwhelming task if it’s not something you deal with every day.  At Milsted Langdon we offer expert advice, enabling you to get a plan in place. We can help you with the following:

  • Getting a plan in place to help you retire at the age you want
  • Explain how your pension provision works and how it can meet your needs
  • Assist you in clarifying the income you require in retirement and whether your existing pension provision is sufficient
  • Help you make the best use of tax allowances available to you (if you are a higher rate income taxpayer or losing child benefit, pensions contributions can help to reduce your bill/get back your child benefit/fund your retirement)
  • Be a continued aid through reviews over the years to help you remain on track
