Tuesday 11th October | 2.00pm - 4.00pm | Online This three session programme will explore what impacts mental health including stress and how we may be experiencing burnout. We will look at how the body can be affected and ways to help manage this. We will explore the pressure of work and the balance needed to help promote wellbeing. We will explore briefly what could be impacting mental health and discuss the issues that we may be facing because of change. We will then explore ways to support and promote good mental health and how we can help to motivate ourselves. As part of this programme, participants will also have the opportunity to register for free 1-1 Wellbeing Surgeries for Mental Health Support. Cost: £45 for SWIFT member schools | £65 for other colleagues.
