This three session programme will explore what impacts mental health including stress and how we may be experiencing burnout. We will look at how the body can be affected and ways to help manage this. We will explore the pressure of work and the balance needed to help promote wellbeing.
We will explore briefly what could be impacting mental health and discuss the issues that we may be facing because of change. We will then explore ways to support and promote good mental health and how we can help to motivate ourselves.
As part of this programme, participants will also have the opportunity to register for free 1-1 Wellbeing Surgeries for Mental Health Support.
Cost: £45 for SWIFT member schools | £65 for other colleagues.

The community seeks to provide support for School Business Managers to manage their operations/resources efficiently and effectively.
Our aim is to ensure colleagues benefit from industry sector knowledge, updates and ideas to enable them to be compliant and gain the most from available resources.

Through these bespoke CPD sessions, you and your setting/school can stay connected with the national agenda and be fully briefed on all the latest developments in early years and beyond.
Delegates will have the opportunity to engage with colleagues from other schools and settings, to share and access advice and support from the Early Excellence team.
Cost: Free for SWIFT members schools (Full Day) /£100 per person for non-member schools (Full Day)
