Do you have a passion for providing the best quality care and education for children? Looking for flexibility to work around home and family life? Or interested in working in a variety of settings?
Apply to join the ESP supply team today! We are excited to be developing our services to provide support for nursery and pre-school settings in the same way that we support our schools, this is so that more of the local community can benefit from our not-for-profit organisation and ethos. We have now begun the recruitment phase of the new service and are looking for nursery practitioners to join our team. We welcome applications from level 2 and 3 practitioners as well as individuals without formal qualifications but experience working in this or a similar role. Also, individuals with QTS or EYTS are welcome to join our supply team. Our approach to supply work is flexible and personal, we understand that everyone has their own circumstances and therefore we aim to provide work that meets your preferences. We operate a personal calendar system where you can choose when you are available and unavailable to work, meaning that you can easily plan your availability around other commitments. You can also choose to work as little or as often as you want, so whether you are looking for work full-time or just 2 days a week here and there, that is all possible with ESP. We also take into consideration your travel preferences, in order to only offer you work in suitable locations that you are happy to travel to. To apply to join our team, please complete the online application form, available on our website. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our friendly office we would love to hear from you and would be happy to help. We are working hard to make the launch of this new service a success and are looking forward to working with individuals from the early years sector. Please help us to spread the word about ESP and the opportunity to be part of this new service. If you have staff who may be looking for flexible additional hours around an existing contract, please share our details with them as our approach to supply work allows this.
