- Knowing Yourself and Leading Others
This is a one-year programme, facilitated over three training days, led by Sian Lane, School Improvement Lead and experienced Executive Headteacher and Rachel Hingston, Executive Business Manager of Cedar Tree Federation, a Federation of two primary schools, based in Exeter and East Devon
Cost: The course cost of £350 per delegate covers three full days of training with course materials provided and an additional one-hour individual coaching session, with one of the trainers.
