​About the External Advisor
Tania Beard has been working in education for 21 years and has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in a range of schools from small village to large urban schools. She has been a headteacher for the last 13 years; firstly in a small, rural primary and then she took on a new school which grew from a roll of 32 to a roll of over 400 in the space of 5 years. As a headteacher, she worked collaboratively with other leaders and also supported headteachers in a variety of schools.
